When I launched Mindful Momma in 2006, I simply wanted to share practical ideas for living a little greener and healthier. Back then, finding non-toxic products wasn’t easy. There were far fewer options, ingredient transparency was rare, and most of us were just beginning to learn about the chemicals hiding in everyday products.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve researched thousands of products, tested countless brands, interviewed experts, and spent more hours than I can count digging into ingredient lists, certifications, and company practices. Along the way, I’ve learned that while trends come and go, truly trustworthy brands stand the test of time.
What began as a small passion project in 2006 has grown into a community dedicated to helping people make healthier, more sustainable choices.
