Hazelnut Coffee Overnight Oats (aka JOLTMEAL)
I’ve been “percolating” this idea for a while now, but what better company to partner with than Cameron’s Coffee, who just happens to be headquartered in the Twin Cities. You may remember my post about the sustainability of coffee a while back. Anyway, Cameron’s Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is perfect for this recipe!
Overnight Joltmeal couldn’t be easier and only involves a handful of ingredients: rolled oats, brewed coffee, almond milk, honey and cinnamon. Plus some toasted hazelnuts for the top if you are so inclined.

In the evening: Mix everything together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning: Grab the bowl out of the fridge with your eyes barely open. Top with toasted hazelnuts (toast them ahead of time of course – that’s way too much work for the morning!) Enjoy Joltmeal with your morning cup of coffee as your brain slowly kicks into gear. You’ll be ready to roll in no time – promise!
Note: This recipe makes enough for 1 large or 2 smaller servings. You decide.
