Homemade Perfect Bars Recipe

These delicious no bake protein bars are made with only 6 ingredients and have 12 grams of protein per bar.

Equipment

  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • 1 8x8 pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth (salted or unsalted)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Combine the oat flour, protein powder and salt in a medium bowl and mix together.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and press them firmly into the dough.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then cut into 12 bars.
