Homemade Perfect Bars Recipe
These delicious no bake protein bars are made with only 6 ingredients and have 12 grams of protein per bar.

1 medium mixing bowl
1 8x8 pan
- 1 cup peanut butter smooth (salted or unsalted)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup protein powder whey or plant-based
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
Combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Combine the oat flour, protein powder and salt in a medium bowl and mix together.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and press them firmly into the dough.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then cut into 12 bars.
