Equipment

  • 8 oz glass mason jar optional

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups rolled oats can use quick oats
  • 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 scoop protein powder whey or plant-based

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl or container.
  • Add in wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and leave refrigerated overnight.
  • Enjoy!
