Kid-Friendly Orange Cumin Hummus

A mild flavored, orange cumin hummus to get kids to eat more veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 15- oz can garbanzo beans drained (or 1¾ cups if you cook your own)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup tahini sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with a rainbow of raw vegetables.
