- 1/2 cups rolled oats can use quick oats
- 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1 scoop protein powder whey or plant-based
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl or container.
Add in wet ingredients and mix well.
Cover and leave refrigerated overnight.
