Mango Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are an easy and healthy breakfast that is made the night before so it's ready to eat in the morning.

Adding chia seeds and protein powder make this a high-protein breakfast that will keep you full all morning.

My favorite flavor is Mango Overnight Oats, but you can customize the recipe with your favorite fruits and other ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: old fashioned oats frozen mango chunks chia seeds protein powder almond milk sweetener if desired

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then add the almond milk and stir to combine.

Step 1:

Add the frozen mango chunks and mix everything up thoroughly.

Serve straight from the fridge or heat in microwave if preferred. Add extra almond milk or sweetener if desired.
