Healthy Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are an easy and healthy breakfast that is made the night before so it's ready to eat in the morning.

My favorite is Mango Chia Overnight Oats, but you can customize it with your favorite fruit and other ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: old fashioned oats frozen mango chunks chia seeds almond milk sweetener if desired

Measure out all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

So easy to make!

Step 1:

Serve straight from the fridge or heat in microwave if preferred. Add extra almond milk or sweetener if desired.
