5 Reusables to Make Lunch Packing Fun via mindfulmomma.com

Oh the drudgery! Packing your child’s lunch for school every day can be tedious, and woe to the parent who tries to pack before the first cup of coffee sinks into the system. Brighten up your morning with these groovy lunch supplies and I think you’ll secretly enjoy the lunch packing task. Even better? Get your kid to pack their own lunch (I’m still working on this one) – they shouldn’t mind when they’ve got a stash of fun gear to use!

1. Bat Lunchpack

Seriously, how could you not have fun at school when you’re carrying your lunch in this adorable bat-pack? Made from 100% recycled fabrics, means it’s good for the planet too!

2. Lunchbots Dots

I didn’t think it was possible for Lunchbots to get any cooler, but they’ve  managed to do it with their new Dots Collection. These handy stainless steel containers still come in Uno, Duo, Trio and Quad – it’s just the lid that got spiffed up for back-to-school. It’s a silicone cover that snaps on and off for easy cleaning – a nice improvement for a great container.

3. ECOLunchBox Three-in-One

Stainless steel? Check! Separate compartments? Check! Large enough for a full lunch? Check! The Three-in-One from ECOLunchBox has got you covered from sandwiches to sides or anything your picky child desires. And that right there makes lunch packing more fun.

4. Eco Vessel Surf Bottle

I’ve tried my fair share of water bottles over the years and drinking from glass always beats the rest, hand’s (lips?) down. That’s why I’m keen on this Surf recycled glass bottle from Eco Vessel. A silicone sleeve protects the glass so if it takes a tumble at school, there’s no need to worry.

5. Keep Leaf Sandwich Wrap

Multi-tasking products always make me smile. These brightly colored sandwich & food wraps from Keep Leaf are flexible to fit sandwiches, fruit or other snacks  and your child can use the wrap as a mini placemat during lunch hour. Brilliant!

What are your favorite reusable lunch products?

I know Sara – I just love the bat pack! Wish my boys were still young enough to want it. Now they just want everything plain.
